摘  要:通过MM1000摩擦磨损试验,研究了喷射沉积Al-Si/SiCp复合材料在干滑动状态下的摩擦磨损特征,并对摩擦层的显微组织和形貌进行了观察,同时对磨损机理进行了分析。结果表明,随着基体中硅含量的增加,复合材料的磨损率大大降低,另外,致密化处理可进一步改善铝基复合材料的耐磨性能。随复合材料硬度的增加,磨损机理由严重磨粒磨损向轻微磨粒磨损转变。The wear behaviors of spray deposited Al-Si/SiCp composites were investigated by using MM1000 frictional and wear testing machine. The microstructures and worn surfaces were studied by an optical microscope (OM) and a scanning electron microscope (SEM). The wear mechanism was analyzed. It was found that the wear rate evidently decreased with the increase of silicon content. Densification treatment could further improve the wear resistance of the alu minum based composites. Wear mechanism transferred from server abrasive to adhesion with the increasing of hardness of the composites.
