摘　　要：通过对过敏性肺炎的病因学、发病机制、临床表现、胸部X线和CT表现、实验室检查（肺功能，血清特异性抗体和抗原，支气管肺泡灌洗液）、肺活组织病理检查、临床诊断、治疗、和预防进行综述，以增加对本病的认识，提高诊断和治疗水平。By reviewing etiology,mechanism,clinical presentation, chest radiology and CT scanning, the examination of laboratory （pulmonary function tests, specific antibodies and antigens, bronehoalveolar lavage fluid） ,lung biopsies, clinical diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of hypersensitivity pneumonitis. It aims to increase our knowledg on hypersensitive pneumonitis,and improve level of diagnosis and treatment.
