摘 要:A true single-step process suitable for fabrication of micro-periodic structure in polymer films by twophoton initiated photopolymerization and laser ablation is presented. By the right choice of the irradiation energy, the irradiated zone is modified or ablated in the 1.44-μm-thick film.
