摘 要:针对江西某大型白钨矿矿山选厂现有流程存在的不足,提出“优先浮铜脱硫-白钨粗选-粗精矿加温搅拌不脱药精选”的先进工艺流程,对含钨(WO3)0.75%的矿样,取得了钨精矿产率为1.03%、钨精矿(WO3)品位65.37%、钨回收率86.31%的选矿技术指标,达到了提高钨回收率的目的。加温搅拌时采用组合调整剂及加温后矿浆直接浮选是该流程的技术关键,既确保了选矿技术指标,又简化了流程。Aiming at improving the existing flotation technology of a large-scale scheelite mine located in Jiangxi Province, this paper puts forward an advanced technological process, which separates copper and sulfide in the first stage, then rough selection of scheelite and finally the fine-beneficiation of scheelite by applying heating stirring of non-removal reagent. The scheelite concentrate yield reaches 1.03% out of the crude ore sample in which WO3 association rate is only 0.75%. And the content of WO3 concentrate is 65.37%, and the recovery rate of WO3 is 86.31%; The applying of combination regula technologies. Beneficiation technology index is ensured tor and direct flotation after heating stirring are the critical and flowsheet is simplified at the same time.
