摘  要:目的本实验旨在研究马齿苋的叶、茎、根等不同部位在体内外的抗氧自由基作用。方法体外实验用邻二氮菲-Fe2+氧化法测定.OH,用改进的邻苯三酚自氧化法测定O-.2;体内实验以家兔为研究对象,分别喂马齿苋的叶、茎、根,10周后测定兔血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)。结果体外实验显示马齿苋的叶、茎、根均有清除氧自由基的作用,并且茎和根的作用强于叶,有高度显著性差异;家兔体内实验表明马齿苋的茎和根有较强的抗氧自由基作用,而马齿苋叶未显现出这种作用。结论马齿苋的茎和根在体内外均有较强的抗氧自由基作用,马齿苋叶只在体外显示有一定的抗氧自由基作用。Objective The experiment is designed to study the in vitro and in vivo anti - oxygen free radical effects of the different parts of Portulaca oleracea L including its leaves, stems and roots. Methods In the in vitro experiment, the measurement of-OH was made with the oxidation of phenathroline - Fe^2+ , and that of O i with the improved pyrogallol autooxidation method. Rabbits were used in the in vivo experiment, raised with the leaves, the stems and the roots of Portulaca oleracea L, and 10 weeks later their serum SOD & MDA were evaluated. Results The in vitro experiment showed that all of the leaves, stems or roots of Portulaca oleracea L had the effect of anti- oxygen free radical, and the effects of the stems and the roots were more powerful than that of the leaves, there were significant differences. The in vivo experiment with rabbits showed that the stems and the roots had the effect of anti - oxygen free radical, but not the leaves. Conclusion The stems and the roots of Portulaca oleracea L have a strong effect of anti- oxygen free radical in vitro and in vivo; while its leaves has the effect only in vitro.
