衡阳市实施结核病防治规划中期(2001-2005年)效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析衡阳市实施结核病防治规划执行效果。方法对2001-2005年各县市区结核病控制季报表的数据资料进行统计分析。结果全市进一步落实了结核病防治措施,5年共接诊可疑肺结核症状者48 100例,发现涂阳肺结核10 629例,结核病人登记率由2001年的21.43/10万上升到2005年46.58/10万,平均新发涂阳病人治愈率达89.06%。结论2001-2005年衡阳市结核病人的发现与治疗管理水平不断提高,各项指标达到了《湖南省结核病防治规划(2001-2010年)》的要求。Objiective To analyze the mid - term implementation of TB control programme from 2001 to 2005 in Hengyang. Methods The implementation data from 2001 to 2005 in Hengyang were summarized and analyzed. Result The prevention and cure measures of tuberculosis improved further in Hengyang. During the period of 2001 -2005, 48,100 suspected TB cases received clinical consultation, and 10,629 sputum positive cases were detected. The notification rate of positive TB cases was raised from 21.43/100,000 in 2001 to 46.58/100,000 in 2005. The average cure rate of new positive cases reached 89.06 %. Conclusion The level of case finding and cure management of pulmonary tuberculosis improved continuously during the period of 2001-2005. All targets reach the requests of Hunan tuberculosis control programme（2001- 2010）.
