摘　　要：引导和教育大学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,必须在继承传统的基础上,增强思想政治工作的针对性和实效性,努力创新,才能开创高校思想政治工作的新局面,做到与时俱进。Leading and educating the university student set up right view of world,life and value, must be based on inherit tradition. Strengthen the focalization and effect of thinking policy working, found the brand-new situation, so we can develop high school＇s new aspect, keep pace with time.
