摘　　要：新中国建立后,为了改变中国地质工作的落后状况,中央人民政府成立了地质部,同时加强了地质人才的培养,努力使地质工作要跟上国家经济建设的需要。整个1950年代,中国的地质业取得了显著成就,积累了丰富的经验,为中国地质业的进一步发展奠定了坚实基础。After the founding of the People＇s Republic of China, in order to change the poor situation of Chinese geologic industry, the central government set up the Geologic Ministry, reinforced the cultivation of geologic talents, trying to make geologic industry keep up with the need of economic construction. In 1950s, Chinese geologic industry gained great achievement, accumulated abundant experience and built a sold foundation for the further development of Chinese geologic industry.
