摘　　要：目的用6min步行试验和多普勒超声心动图评价环磷腺苷葡胺辅助治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的疗效。方法将89例因缺血性心肌病而导致慢性心力衰竭的患者(纽约心脏病学会心功能分级Ⅱ～Ⅳ级)分为两组,治疗组(45例)采用常规治疗及静脉滴注环磷腺苷葡胺120mg,每日1次,10d为1个疗程,每月1个疗程,连续3月,对照组(44例)采用常规治疗。结果用药3月后治疗组左心室收缩末期内径、左心室收缩末期容积、左心室射血分数、心搏出量、短轴缩短分数及6min步行距离较对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上加用环磷腺苷葡胺,可以进一步改善患者的心脏收缩功能,提高运动耐量,且耐受性良好。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of megumine adenosine cyclophosphate in heart failure of ischemic cardiomyopathy with 6 rain walk test and ultrasonic cardiogram. Methods A total of 89 patients were divided into two groups randomly： the control group （44 cases） received the routine treatment and the treated group （45 cases） received the routine treatment and intravenous injection of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate, 120 mg every time,once daily. LVD,EF,6 min walk test,etc, were evaluated before the treatment and after 3 months of treatment in two groups. Results LVD,EF,6 min walk test,etc, were markedly improved in the treated group than in the control group. Conclusion A combination of meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate and routine treatment can improve the systolic function of the heart and increase the exercise tolerance.
