奎硫平与利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症的对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨奎硫平治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法选取130例符合《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准(第3版)》的首发精神分裂症患者,随机分为2组,分别给予奎硫平(治疗组)和利培酮(对照组),疗程8周,用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、副反应量表(TESS)评定其疗效和副反应。结果治疗组(66例)和对照组(64例)之间疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05),两组治疗8周后PANSS评分较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),治疗组的副反应明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奎硫平治疗精神分裂症疗效确切,不良反应少,患者依从性好,值得推广应用。Objective To approach to the therapeutic effect and security of schizophrenic therapy by quetiapine. Methods 130 schizophrenic patients were diagnosed by CCMD- 3,randomly divided into 2 groups and evaluated with PANSS,TESS. Results No significant differences were found in the therapeutic effects of quetiapine group and risperidone group. The score of PANSS in 2 groups were significant lower after 8 weeks therapy. The side effect of quetiapine group was significant lower than that of risperidone group. Conclusion Quetiapine has precisely therapeutic effect,few adverse effects on schizophrenia. The patient has better compliance. Quetiapine is a good antischizophrenic drug.
