论清末民国时期苏北人进入上海的途径、过程与规模

摘　　要：在天灾人祸交织作用下,近代苏北人大批涌入上海。他们通过投亲访友、出没于劳动力市场、通过中介机关等途径寻找职业,女性则是被招募或被诱骗进入上海。在100多年间,每逢自然灾害和战争发生,大批苏北人移民上海的浪潮便随即产生,苏北人终于构成了上海各移民群体中规模最大的族群。Under the intertexture function of natural and man-made disaster, a great number of people from north Jiangsu flowed out into Shanghai in the Late Qhing Dynasty and Early Republic Years. They looked for jobs generally by the means of visiting friends and through labor market and employment agenley, etc. The females were enlisted or beguiled. In more than 100 years, every time when natural disaster and war occurred in north Jiangsu, the wave of migrating to Shanghai followed subsequently. And finally, people from north Jiangsu constituted the biggest ethnicity in various migrating groups.
