摘 要:农民消费不足是制约我国经济发展的重要因素,扩大农民消费的重要战略措施之一就是培育农民消费的新热点。根据对全国东中西部三个地区10多个省市农户的调查和部分省市农调队调查的资料显示,目前农村消费结构正全面升级,农村新的消费热点已经出现。本文主要分析了农村的住房消费、教育消费、文化消费和通讯消费这些消费热点,论述了如何加以培育促使其健康发展。Peasants' insufficiency of consumption is one of big restricting factors against China' s economic development. One of important strategic measures for enhancing peasants' consumption is to cultivate new hot spots for their consumption. Data from investigations into the peasant households in over 10 provinces or cities of the eastem, central and westem regions of our country, and data from some investigating groups in rural areas of some provinces and cities indicate that there has been an all - round promotion of rural consumption structure, and some new hot spots for rural consumption have appeared. This paper focuses on the analysis of peasants' new hot consumption spots: housing, education, cultural activities and communication, which is to discuss how these new spots should be fostered and healthily developed.
