摘  要:根据印染工艺对水质中铁含量的监测要求,对GB/T5750-1985标准中二氮杂菲分光光度法测定铁含量的方法进行了改进,对影响测定的因素(pH值、器皿洗涤方式、盐酸羟胺加入顺序等)进行了分析。试验结果表明,pH值应控制在3.0~5.0,器皿在使用前应用1+1的盐酸浸泡,煮沸前加盐酸羟胺,以沸水浴加热代替直火加热,能提高测试结果的准确性。The factors which affect the determination of total content in reused water by O-phenantlaroline photometric method are studied, according to special monitoring requirement of dyeing process on total iron content in water. The paper analyses the affecting factors, such as pH value, vessel washing and adding sequence of hydroxylamine hydrochloride. The results shows that pH value should be controlled between 3.0 - 5. 0, all vessels must be soaked in hydrochloric acid for over 30 minutes, adding hydroxylamine hydrochloride before boiling can reduce testing errors and improve the precision of measurement.
