摘 要:目的初步探讨复方丹参滴丸对大鼠实验性脑缺血的保护机制。方法大鼠腹腔注射药物,连续3d,末次给药30min,结扎双侧颈总动脉,制造实验性脑缺血模型,给药7d后测定大鼠脑含水量和脑指数,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)指标。结果复方丹参滴丸可使实验性脑缺血大鼠的脑含水量、脑指数及脑组织MDA、NO含量明显降低,SOD活性明显提高。结论复方丹参滴丸对大鼠实验性脑缺血具有明显保护作用,可能与其抑制脂质过氧化物损害、提高抗氧化酶活性有关。Objective To investigate the protective effect of Fufang Danshen on experimental cerebral ischemia in rat and its mechanism. Methods Rats were given intraperitoneal injection of Fufang Danshen for 3 days. 30 minutes after last injection, cerebral isehemic model was induced by ligation of bilateral common carotid arteries. After the completion of therapeutic course (7 days), cerebral water content, cerebral index, SOD activity, MDA and NO contents were measured. Results Fufang Denshen significantly decreased the cerebral water content, cerebral index, MDA and NO content, significantly increased SOD activity. Conclusion Fufang Danshen may protect the cerebrum from ischemic injury by suppressing lipid peroxidation and increasing antioxidase activity.
