去花序对辽藁本生长发育、产量和药材品质的影响

摘　　要：以孕蕾期辽藁本为材料,研究了不同去花序处理对辽藁本地上部分生长发育、根部产量性状、产量及挥发油含量的的影响。结果表明,孕蕾期辽藁本经不同程度去花序处理后植株生长健壮,茎粗和、茎充实度、叶面积指数等性状表现较好,根部产量性状好、产量增加,挥发油含量增加;其中以全去花序处理最优。The different r, method of flower head removal was used during the bud stage of Ligusticum jeholense Nakai et Kitag. The change of the vegetative characters, the vegetative characters of root and the root production of Ligusticum jeholense Nakai et Kitag were studied. Results show that after a certain extent flowers buds pruning, the plant becomes more vigorous, the LAI becomes large, the photosynthetic ability is strong and the dry substance accumulates much, the root production and the volatile oil contains is high. In the all treatments, all flower head removal is the highest.
