摘 要:用不同浓度的氯化钠溶液处理罗布麻种子,试验结果表明,氯化钠浓度低于0.8%时,可促进罗布麻种子萌芽,高于0.8%小于2.0%时抑制萌芽,超过2.0%时极显著抑制种子萌芽。氯化钠浓度高低均对罗布麻幼苗生长有抑制作用,当浓度大于0.4%时,出叶速度减慢,植株矮化、相对抑制率超过60%,鲜重与对照相比降低了50%以上。The seeds of Apocynum venetam L. were treated with sodium chloride solutions in different concentrations. The results showed that when the concentration of sodium chloride was lower than 0. 8%, the germination of the seeds of Apocynum venetam L. was promoted ; When the concentration was higher than 0. 8% and lower than 2.0% ,the germination was inhibited;When the concentration was higher than 2.0% ,the germination was inhibited significantly. Whether the concentrations of sodium chloride were high or low, the growth of the seedlings of Apocynum venetam L. was inhibited. When the concentration was higher than 0.4%, the speed of leaf germination reduced, the plants became short, relative inhibiting rate was higher than 60% and the fresh weight reduced over 50% compared with the control group.
