UF-100流式尿分析仪在筛检妊娠早期妇女无症状尿路感染中的应用

摘　　要：目的用UF-100检测妊娠早期妇女中段尿,以中段尿定量细菌培养作为金标准,比较UF-100在筛选妊娠早期妇女无症状尿路感染(AUTI)中的可靠性。方法对667份妊娠早期妇女中段尿标本,做细菌培养菌落计数与UF-100流式尿分析仪结果进行比较。结果51例培养出细菌占7.7%;通过对UF-100不同的Cut off值比较,实验认为:在UF-100细菌计量为≥2 750/μl,白细胞≥20/μl为阳性时,待检标本的特异性(Sp)和阴性预示值(NPV)最大,分别为99.4%,99.5%,同时检测的敏感性(Se)和阳性预示值(PPV)也较高,分别为94.0%,92.2%。结论快速筛检妊娠早期妇女无症状尿路感染,用UF-100是可行的;诊断妊娠早期妇女无症状尿路感染,仍须做细菌培养。Objective With quantitative urine culture of mid-stream urine as a golden criterion to compare the reliability of flow cytometer UF-100 in screening asymptomatic urinary tract infection（AUTI） in early pregnant women. Method 667 fresh mid-stream clean catch urine sample were collected in accordance with standard guidelines. Each midstream urine specimen was examined by cultures and counts of bacterial colonies,flow cytometer UF-100 and then to compare the results of them. Results Fifty-one patient （7.7%, 51/667） had cultured uropathogen. By comparing the different UF-100 cut off at 2 750 bacteria/μl and 1 375 bacteria/μl. We consider that the best specificlties（Sp） and negative predictive value （NPV） was obtained with bacteria at ≥2750μl,white blood cell at ≥20μl,which was 99.4% and 99.5% respectively, but meanwhile the sensitivity（Sen） and positive predictive value （PPV） was higher too,which was 94. 0% and 92.2%respectively. Conclusion Flow cytometer UF-100 are sufficiently useful to be use in screening for AUTI rapidly. But the bacterluria culture must be done in diagnosing AUTI.
