摘　　要：[目的]探索职业卫生技术服务在焦炉扩容改造中的作用。[方法]通过对某焦化厂有代表性岗位空气中主要毒物浓度的监测和分析,找出其存在的主要毒物危害因素,评价其设备的配套性能,并提出设备改造和毒物治理相关的建议。[结果]某焦化厂的主要毒物危害为沥青、氨、焦炉逸散物等;1998、2002年2次焦炉扩容后,沥青、氨等岗位空气中毒物浓度呈显著上升趋势(P<0．05),苯、二甲苯等呈显著下降趋势(P<0．05),但总体样品合格率保持稳定(P>0．05);该焦化厂先后2次采纳了职业卫生技术服务机构提出的暂缓和逐步对焦炉气回收处理系统扩容改造方案的建议,使其6700余万元技术改造资金的投向更趋合理,节约了2700余万元。[结论]紧密联系企业生产技术改造一线,为企业创效赢利是当前职业卫生技术服务新模式之一。[ Objective ] To explore new approach of occupational health technique service in coke oven capacity expansion renovation. [ Methods I By monitoring and analyzing the major air toxicant concentration in representative workplaces in a coke oven plant, find out the major existent hazardous toxicant, assess the performance of equipments and then make suggestions for equipment renovation and a project of reducing toxicants concentration. [ Results ] The major hazardous toxicants in coke oven plant are asphalt, ammonia and dissipative substances of coke oven. After capacity expansion of coke oven twice in 1998 and 2002, the air toxicant concentrations of asphalt and ammonia had a tendency of increasing（ P 〈 0.05 ）, whereas of benzene and dimethyl benzene had a tendency of decreasing（ P 〈 0.05 ）, but the total rate of samples meeting the satandard keeps stable （ P 〉 0.05 ）. This plant successively adopted the suggestion from the occupational health technique service institution twice about deferring and stepping down the capacity expansion renovation project for coke oven gas recovery and treatment system, made the use of a fund of 67 million yuan for technique renovation more reasonable and saved another 27 million, yuan of technique renovation fund. [ Conclusion ] Tightly communicating with the practice of technique renovation, benefit creating and profit making for the company is one of the new models of current occupational health technique service.
