摘  要:针对精微电解加工工艺的要求,提出了一种新的电源设计方案,并研制了一台样机,解决了当前电解电源输出频率低、脉宽较大不能满足微精加工要求的问题。该电源具有调压精度高、损耗低、效率高以及体积、质量小等特点,输出频率最高可达100 kHz,最小脉宽1μs。经初步的加工实验,证明了此方案的可行性。Aim at the arts demand of micro-ECM, a study on high-frequency-short-pulse generator for ECM is carried out and a new high-frequency-short-pulse generator is developed. A new generator scheme is put up, and the problem that pulse generator for ECM with lower frequency and wider pulse can not settle for the demand of machining precision now is solved , The generator has the 100 kHz and 1 tts wide pulse output. Introduces the design and facture of key components and a series of machining experiments are carried out, the result is proved that the scheme of power supply is feasible and has better voltage precision, lower wastage, high efficiency, small volume and weight.
