摘　　要：目的 探讨动-静脉内瘘成形术后功能训练促进内瘘提前成熟的方法。方法 2003年1月-2006年12月行桡动脉-头静脉内瘘成形术患者46例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各23例。对照组行常规护理，观察组术后行功能训练。结果观察组术后血液透析初次使用的时间及1个月后内瘘血流量均优于对照组（P〈0．05），两组内瘘1个月出血、栓塞等并发症比较无显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论 功能训练及术前、术后的良好护理措施能促进内瘘早期发育成熟，且不增加内瘘并发症的发生。Objective To evaluate the impact of exercise training to facilitate maturation of arteriovenous fistula（AVF）. Methods From Jan. 2003 to Dec. 2005, 46 patients undergoing AVF construction were divided in two groups, with 23 cases in each group. All patients in the two group received traditional surveillance and nursing care, and the patients in the experimental group performed additional physical exercise. Results The time of the first dialysis after AVF construction of the experimental group was earlier than the control group（P〈0.05）, and the blood volume of AVF in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group 1 month after AVF construction（P〈0.05）. No significant differences in the incidence of the complications such as bleeding and thrombosis were found 1 month after AVF construction. Conclusions Exercise training and appropriate perioperative care can facilitate the maturation of AVF without increasing the incidence of complications.
