某高校大学生不合理用药的现状及对策

摘　　要：目的了解高校大学生不合理用药现状,探讨不合理用药的对策。方法采用自制问卷,随机抽取300名在校大学生,对不合理用药状况进行调查。结果高校大学生不合理用药率达27.7%,无论病情是否需要,要求输液者达65.3%,用药只关心疗效占69.7%,用新药、贵药、进口药占36%。结论加强大学生药物基本知识教育刻不容缓,普及用药知识对大学生的身心健康和学业的顺利完成有重要的意义。Objective To explore unrational drug utilization among college students in order to find out the countermeasures against this problem. Method A total of 300 college students were enrolled in this study by answering a self-completion questionnaire. Result 27.7% of the 300 college students had used drugs incorrectly. 65.3% of them asked for transfusion when it was not necessary according to the state of illness. The adverse effects of drugs were neglected in 69.3% of them. 36% of them believed that the new drugs, expensive drugs or imported drugs had better curative effect with little adverse effect. Conclusion To use drugs correctly, a basic knowledge about drugs is required. More health education is needed for college students in the rational drug utilization.
