摘　　要：目的探讨开展家属健康指导对COPD病人生活质量的影响。方法将64例COPD病人随机分为观察组与对照组各32例,同时选择观察组每位病人的一个家属并对其进行健康指导,采用Spitzer的QLI评定量表对两组病人进行评定分析。结果观察组生活质量各维度得分明显高于对照组。结论为提高COPD病人的生活质量,应认真开展家属健康指导工作。Objective To evaluate the effect of health education to family members on the life quality in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases（COPD）. Methods 64 cases of patients with COPD were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 32 cases in each group. All the patients in the two groups received traditional nursing and health education. One selected family member of each patient in the observation group accepted health education for 4 weeks and the control group did not. Quality of life was assessed using the Spitzer Quality of Life Index（QLI） before and 4 weeks after health education programme. Results There was a highly significant improvement in the observation group compared to the control group for the life quality. Conclusion Health education to the family members of patients with COPD should be carefully performed in order to improve the life quality of the patients.
