摘　　要：随着全球经济一体化的发展和国际交往的日益频繁,国际贸易中涉及到知识产权的问题越来越多,与知识产权相关的平行进口问题越来越成为各国关注的焦点,但各国并没有就平行进口达成一致看法,有关的国际公约也采取回避的态度。With the development of global ,economic integration and increasingly frequent international dealings, there are more and more issues in international trade involving the intellectual property right （IPR）. The issue of parallel import related to IPR has increasingly become a focal concern among various countries. However, no agreement has been made among the countries on parallel import, to which even the relative international conventions also have to take a dodgy attitude.
