摘 要:研究两种白腐菌N1和N2及三种固体培养料配方(1、2和3)对油菜秸秆纤维性物质(纤维素、半纤维素和木质素)降解率和粗蛋白水平的影响。结果表明,随着发酵时间的延长,N1和N2对油菜秸秆中纤维素、半纤维素及木质素的降解率和粗蛋白含量的提高均有增加的趋势;木质素降解效率N1前20d高于后20d,并一直保持较高水平,说明N1菌株有优先选择降解木质素特性,N1优于N2(P<0.01);同一菌株,配方1均好于配方2和3(P<0.01)。Effects of two white -rot fungi named N1 and N2 and three kinds of solid media formula( fonnula1,2 and 3 ) on the degradation rate of fibrous substance (cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin) and the crude protein level in rape straw were studied, The results showed that ,with fermentation prolonging, the strains N1 and N2 had a tendency for raising the degradation rate of cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin and the crude protein level. The degradation rate of lignin through N1 was higher in the first 20 days than that in the second 20 days, which showed that N1 have a better preferred characteristics for degrading lignin than N2 (P 〈 0. 01 ). For a certain strain, the formulae 1 was better than the formulae 2 and 3 in terms of the degradation rate for fibrous substance and the boost of crude protein level (P 〈0. 01 ).
