不同油剂对金龟子绿僵菌孢子萌发率的影响

摘　　要：本文对杀蝗绿僵菌MA4菌株气生分生孢子在5种植物油、3种矿物油两两不同混配比例的混合油中的萌发率进行了研究,确定了混合比例为1:3的花生油与煤油的混合油作为制剂的载体油是一种理想的绿僵菌油剂类型。气生分生孢子在该混合油剂中36h的萌发率达到95%以上。Comparing their effects of different mixing oils on germination of spores of Metarhizium anisopliae, a new oil formulation of Matarhizium anisopliae that be suit to control locusta migraforia manilensis meyer was screened, Mixing oils were from five plant oils and three mineral oils at different ratios. Peanut oil and kerosene that were mixed at 1：3 ratio were determined as appropriate substrate oil. The effect of different oils on the conidial germination of Metarhizium anisopliae were tested. The result showed that the germinability of the fungal spores reached upward 95% in peanut oil and kerosene that were mixed at 1：3 ratio.
