呼吸机在重度肉毒中毒治疗中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的:总结23例重度肉毒中毒患者呼吸机治疗的体会。方法:对23例重度肉毒中毒病人给与呼吸机支持呼吸。结果:19例痊愈,4例死亡。结论:重度肉毒中毒患者呼吸肌麻痹时应尽早呼吸机支持呼吸。Objective：To analyze the application of breath machine in the patients with severe poison of poisonous meat. Methods： Twenty-three patients with severe poison of meat poisonous were given the breath machine support breath. Results：Nineteen patients were completely recovered with hospital discharge and 4 death. Conclusion：The breath machine should be used as early as possible for the patients with severe poison of meat poisonous.
