摘 要:本文对高比重钨合金粉坯挤压新工艺进行了研究。以石蜡为增塑剂,研究了不同加蜡量下粉坯挤压工艺参数对挤压密度的影响;还研究了在氢气脱蜡工艺条件下诸因索对脱蜡过程的影响。获得各种不同直径(φ6~13mm)的挤压坯料。经过氢气烧结得到的高比重合金,组织和性能良好。该工艺具有设备简单,生产效率高及生产棒料尺寸精确、表面光洁等特点,因而为中、小尺寸棒材及异型零件的制作提供了快速而可靠的途径,有利于促进高比重合金的推广和应用。With continual extension of application fields of heavy alloys, the forming processes for bars and tubes with small sizes and large L/D ratio by conventional die pressing or isostatic pressing have certAlN limitations. It is of practical importance to investigate and adopt new powder extrusion process.This paper deals mAlNly with new extrusion technology for heavy tengsten alloy. By using wax as plasticizer, the author studied the influence of extrusion process parameters on extrusion density under different addition of wax as well as the influence of various factors on dewaxing process under the condition of dewax in hydrogen atmosphere. Extruded compacts with various diameters(φ613mm)were obtAlNed. Heavy alloy with superior structures and properties was obtAlNed by sintering in hydrogen. The new extruding process has following features—simple equipment,high production efficiency, and accurate size and good surface finish of bars. It provides a way of high productivity and reliability for manufacturing medium and small size bars and irregular shape parts and will be of benefit to increasing the application range of heavy alloy.
