摘　　要：全面建设小康社会为实现我国高等教育的大众化、终身化、国际化提供了战略机遇,高等教育应遵循其本身的发展规律,选择社会市场导向型的发展战略模式,在做大、做强上下文章,努力实现我国高等教育的战略创新,从而全面提升其核心竞争力。The construction of a all-round better-off society provides a Strategic opportunity for the realization of the popularization, internationalization of the higher education for life in our country. Higher education should obey its developmental law, choose the social-market-orientated developmental stratagem model, make it bigger and stronger, try hard to realize the strategic innovation of higher education, all in all, to increase its core competitive power all the way.
