摘 要:敞开式全断面岩石掘进机主要用于围岩相对较好的地质地层的施工。由于其作业的不连续性,从而影响了其掘进效率的发挥。阐述了敞开式全断面岩石掘进机连续掘进原理。我们从步行式作业机械的特点出发,给出了实现敞开式全断面岩石掘进机连续掘进的支撑推进机构图,并就机器作业时换步的协调性、连续性及对刀盘推力的均匀性等性能参数指标进行了分析。结合具体实例,给出了实现连续掘进时的时间参数,并对原机型和实现连续掘进机型的相应经济效益进行了对比分析。一般情况,掘进机的换步时间为工作时间的5%~15%,若把机器换步时间转化为掘进时间,会有效提高机器的利用率、缩短工程工期、提高效益。指出了实现掘进机连续掘进有待解决的一些技术问题及其施工方案选择。Open type, whole section rock tunneler is mainly used in the construction of sounding rocks with relatively better geological stratum conditions. Due to its uncontinuity of operation, its tunneling efficiency is greatly influenced. On the basis of work characters of walk-type machinery, a support propelling mechanism draft to realize continuous tunneling of an open type, whole section rock tunneler is suggested. Its coordination and continuity when step changes, evenness of propelling force on cutter disc and other performance parameters are analyzed. In association with a practical example, time parameter to realize continuous tunneling is presented. Economic benefits of tunneler realizing continuous operation are analyzed in comparison to the original machine. It is a beneficial and theoretical discussion on how to realize continuous tunneling with an open type, whole section rock tunneler with the purpose to present a new philosophy for the development of domestic whole section rock tunnelers.
