摘　　要：Si4133是Silicon Labs公司生产的单片集成锁相环电路,可广泛用于射频和中频频率合成。介绍了Si4133频率合成器芯片的工作原理和功能结构,并给出了该芯片的典型应用电路和使用方法。测试结果显示,该频率源相位噪声低,杂散低,具有较强的实用性。Si4133 is a monolithic integrated circuit that performs RF and IF synthesis for GSM/GPRS and Wideband Code Division Multiple Access （W -CDMA） , one of the standards approved for use in 3G cellular systems. This paper introduces the working principle and functional structure of Si4133 frequency synthesizer and the typical application of Si4133 is introduced. The results indicate that the PLL source has low phase noise and spur , it has strong practicability.
