摘  要:目的:评价4种除杂工艺对红花黄色素水提物的除杂效果。方法:通过高效液相色谱法(high per-formance liquid chromatography,HPLC)测定红花水提物中羟基红花黄色素A的含量,以有效成分的含量及浸膏得率为指标,对大孔树脂法、澄清剂A、澄清剂B及乙醇沉淀4种除杂工艺进行比较。结果:优化除杂工艺为:水提液浓缩比例1∶3,3%的澄清剂B,絮凝150min。结论:红花水提物提取工艺可用澄清剂替代乙醇。Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of four miscellaneous object ablation technologies on safflor yellow aqueous extract. Methods: Contents of hydroxy safflor yellow A in the safflor yellow aqueous extract was determined through HPLC method. A comparative study was performed among four kinds of ablation technologies, contents of active ingredient and received residue were selected as comparison indexes. Results: Aqueous extract concentrated to 1 : 3 and 3% clarifying agent B was added to the aqueous extract, the time needed for flocculate was 150 minutes was turned out to be the optimal method. Conclusion: Clarifying agents could be substitude for alcohol.
