胃益油剂、胃益糖片、胃益胶囊对动物实验性胃溃疡的作用

摘　　要：目的:观察比较胃益油剂、胃益糖片、胃益胶囊3种药物对动物实验性胃溃疡的影响。方法:分别采用幽门结扎、利血平、乙酸烧灼方法建立动物胃溃疡模型,观察3种药物对动物实验性溃疡的作用。结果:胃益油剂和胃益胶囊对幽门结扎型和利血平型胃溃疡有明显的保护作用,对乙酸烧灼型胃溃疡有明显的促进愈合作用;能够升高胃液pH值,降低胃蛋白酶活性和溃疡指数。胃益糖片对3种动物模型无明显影响。结论:胃益油剂和胃益胶囊对动物实验性胃溃疡模型有预防和治疗作用,且胃益油剂的效果更好。Objective： To observe and compare the preventive and therapeutic effects of WeiYi oil, WeiYi tablet and WeiYi capsule on experimental gastric ulcers in rats and mice. Methods： Ligating pylorus method, acetic acid and reserpine were used to induce gastric ulcer models in rats and mice, respectively. Weiyi oil, WeiYi tablet, WeiYi capsule or ranitidine were administered to observe their effects on the gastric ulcer models. Result： Weiyi oil and Weiyi capsule markedly inhibited gastric ulcer induced by ligating pylorus method or reserpine and promoted the healing of acetic-acid induced gastric ulcer; significantly increased in pH of the gastric juice and decreased the activity of the gastric proteinase and ulcer index were also observed. WeiYi tablet had no obvious effect on gastric ulcer. Conclusion： Weiyi oil and Weiyi capsule have the preventive and therapeutic effects on the experimental gastric ulcer in different models. The effect of Weiyi oil is better than that of WeiYi capsule.
