摘　　要：针对目前高校研究生德育工作出现的困境,笔者从研究生德育出现困境的原因及研究生群体特征分析入手,探讨了走出德育困境的四原则:内容有效与导向鲜明相结合原则,导师引导育人原则,非正式群体共同进步原则,校园环境育人原则。With focus on the present dilemma, the paper studies the approaches to graduate moral education to improve graduate education quality. Beginning from the analysis on causes of the dilemma as well as graduates group features, the paper explores principles to solve moral education dilemma
