摘  要:通过La2(SO4)3/SiO2催化合成马来酸二丁酯的研究,探讨了该反应的各种影响因素,结果表明:La2(SO4)3/SiO2是合成马来酸二丁酯的良好催化剂.该酯合成的最佳条件是:酐醇物质的量比为1∶2.5,催化剂为0.8g/0.1mol马来酐,带水剂苯为8mL,反应时间为100min,反应温度在115℃左右,酯化率可达99.03%.将上述最佳条件用于邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、丁二酸二丁酯和柠檬酸三丁酯的合成,其酯化率也都在97%以上.La2 (SO4 )3/SiO2 were prepared and as catalyst for synthesizing dilutyl maleate from maleic anhydride and n - butanol was studied. The different factors of the reaction were discussed in detail. The experimental results indicated that La2 ( SO4) 3/SIO2 was an efficient catalyst for synthesizing dibutyl maleate. The optimized reaction condition was as follows : molar ratio of maleic anhydride to n - butanol was 1:2.5 ; amount of catalyst was 0.8 g/0. 1 mol maleic anhydride; water- carrying agent benzene volume was 8mL, the reaction time was 100 min; the reaction temperature was controlled at 115℃ ; the dibutylmaleate' s yield was able to reach 99.03%. The above optimized condition was also applied to synthesized of di-n-octyl phthalate, dibutylsuccinate and tri-n-butyl citrate. Their yield can reach over 97%.
