摘　　要：经济学界对政府与市场的关系问题,数百年来始终争论不休,研究成果叠涌纷呈。本文在前人研究的基础上,分析了政府与市场配置资源的最优边界,并据此重构了政府与市场关系的理论模式。作者认为,政府与市场配置社会资源的最优边界结合点不仅存在,而且可以找到颇具操作性的最优结合模式。In the past several centuries, the academic circles of economics have always been debating about the relationship between government and market, and have produced plenty of researches. In view of predecessors＇ researches, the author has built a kind of estimable theoretical analysis frame and has rebuilt a theoretical model about the relationship. In disposing resources, this paper holds that, government and market not only have an optimal junction point, but also have an optimal com- bination model that can be manipulated.
