摘　　要：随着国际田联《田径竞赛规则》每两年修改一次,现代田径竞赛越来越有利于运动员创造优异的运动成绩;随着高科技在田径裁判工作中的广泛运用,也使得田径大赛裁判工作分工更加合理,职责更加明确,时间安排更加紧凑,裁判判罚更加公平、公正,自动化程度愈来愈高,观赏性更强。培养一批精通裁判业务,精通外语,能胜任大型田径赛事的裁判队伍,是2008年北京奥运会田径比赛是否成功的基础。With the IAAF athletic competition roles being revised biennially, modem athletic competition became more and more benefit to athlete to achieve the best performance. With the widely used of high-tech in athletic judging, the classification of judging tends to more rational with defttritely responsibility, tight schedule, fairly play and more automation. A judging team with good foreign language, business decision and judging ability in major competition is the basis to success the athletic competition in 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
