摘　　要：目的:探索人参皂苷对小鼠G422胶质瘤免疫功能的影响。方法:建立小鼠G422胶质瘤腋下肿瘤模型,将实验分为生理盐水(Saline)组、不同剂量人参皂苷组,观察肿瘤生长情况;通过荷瘤小鼠免疫器官指数测定、碳粒廓清法小鼠单核巨噬功能的测定初步评价人参皂苷对小鼠G422胶质瘤免疫功能的影响。结论:人参皂苷抑制小鼠G422胶质瘤可能与其刺激机体免疫器官,增加巨噬细胞吞噬功能有关。Objective ： To explore the Effection of Ginsenoside （GS） on mice G422 Glioma immune function. Methods ： The model of mouse with G422 Glioma was made,the experimental mice were randomly divided into normal saline group, Ginsenoside （GS） groups at varied concentrations and CTX group, Tumor growth states were observed; Effection of Ginsenoside （GS）on mice G422 Glioma immune function was evaluated by means of immune organ index and clearance rate of charcoal particles. Conclusions： Ginsenoside（GS） could effectively inhibite the growth of G422 Glioma, which was probably attributed to stimulating immune organ and increasing the ability Of mice macrophage phagocyting.
