摘  要:采用柠檬酸-硝酸盐燃烧合成了CeO2基SOFC的电解质与电极材料,主要使用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)初步研究了烧结温度对掺杂CGO(Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9)、YSZ(Zr0.92Y0.08O2)、NiO、LSCF(La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ)相结构的影响以及CGO、LSCF的失效机理。实验结果表明,经过时效处理后的CGO的晶界处以及晶粒表面都生成了大量的小孔,LSCF的失效可能源于其表面结构和相组成的变化。The nano-size foam-structured materials were prepared by combustion synthesis method, the citric acid-nitrate process, in which CGO was used as the electrolyte, LSCF with CGO was selected as the cathode material, and a NiO-CGO composite powder was used as the anode material. The microstructure of CGO pellet after calcined at 1 000 ℃ for 850 h was studied by SEM, the results show that the fading of CGO may be caused by the formation of small pores at the surface of CGO particles. The results of XRD and SEM reveal that the main problem for application of LSCF is the un-stability in its structure such as phase separation during sintering at high temperature and the change of surface structure and amorphous at oxidation atmosphere for a long time. Therefore, in order to make LSCF to be used widely,its chemical stability at working temperature must be substantially improved.
