摘 要:在烧结镍基体表面,预先电沉积一层ZnO/Zn(OH)2薄膜,然后通过电化浸渍制得镍电极,研究了预先电沉积ZnO/Zn(OH)2对烧结镍电极的影响。实验结果表明:与普通烧结镍电极相比,预先电沉积ZnO/Zn(OH)2,改善了烧结镍电极的大电流充放电性能和循环性能,增加了电极的可逆性,提高了电极的充电接受能力,同时减少了电极循环过程中的掉粉量和电极膨胀率,且当ZnO/Zn(OH)2的预先电沉积量为b%时,烧结镍电极的电极性能处于最佳。The sintered nickel electrode was prepared by electrochemical dipping after pre-deposited the zinc-oxides and/or zinc-hydroxides on the electrode substrate. The effects of electrochemical deposition of zinc-oxides and/or zinc-hydroxides on sintered nickel electrode were studied. The results indicate that the electrode prepared by the pre-deposition method shows a significant charge-discharge performance and cycle performance, increases the reversibility of electrode and charge acceptance at high current. It also can prevent some of the active material coming out of the porous nickel structure, and prevent the electrode swelling. The electrode with b%(by weight) of zinc-oxides and/or zinc-hydroxides pre-deposited has optimal electrode performance.
