摘  要:质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)以其高效率、高比能量、低污染等优点被认为是一种适合人类发展和环境要求的理想电源。双极板(流场板)是质子交换膜燃料电池的重要部件,其质量占电池堆60%以上。流场板上的流道设计对电池性能、运行效率和制造成本有很大影响。系统地综述了现有的流道设计,剖析了流道的功能及其对电池性能的影响,并在此基础上讨论了流道设计的发展趋势。Proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) is an ideal power source for human beings development and environmental requirements for its high efficiency, high specific energy and low pollution, Bipolar plate is an important component for PEMFC and the mass is 60% of the whole fuel stack, The design of flow channels on the bipolar plate affects both fuel cell performance and cost. The contemporary flow channel designs in bipolar plates were reviewed comprehensively. Various considerations in the design of flow channels were illustrated and their impacts on the performance of PEMFC were analyzed. A perspective on the further development of flow channel designs was given,
