摘　　要：运用问卷调查、专家访谈等方法,对山东省11个城市的73个健身俱乐部的经营者、管理者和教练员的人力资源现状进行了调查。结果显示,山东省健身俱乐部人力资源的整体水平不高,成为制约山东省健身俱乐部进一步发展的“瓶颈”。Through questionnaire and expert interview, an investigation has been conducted about the current situation of personnel resources of the managers, the administrators, and the coaches in 73 fitness clubs in 11 cities in Shandong province. It reveals that the overall situation of personnel resources of fitness clubs in Shandong province is not satisfactory which has limited the development of the fitness clubs in Shandong province.
