摘 要:文章基于随机-模糊概率模型的可靠性设计理论与方法,从控制超高压圆筒爆破强度在耐压试验和正常操作时模糊可靠度范围的角度,对其试验压力和安全系数进行探索。结果表明:(1)可取爆破强度在耐压试验时的模糊可靠度为99.97091%~99.99992822%,在正常操作时的模糊可靠度范围为99.999%~99.999999864%;(2)基于模糊可靠度分析的抗拉安全系数可取‰大于等于2.50;(3)做耐压试验时,试验压力系数λ可取1.08~1.25。In this article,the cylinder testing pressure and safe factor is researched from controlling its fuzzy reliability range of bursting strength of ultrahigh pressure cylinder during pressure test and normal operation based on the reliability design theory and methods of random-fuzzy probability model.It was concluded that:(1)the fuzzy reliability range of bursting strength under the pressure test conditions is 99.97091%~99.99992822%,under the normal working conditions is 99.999%~99.999999864%;(2)safe tensile factor is equal to or grater than 2.50 based on fuzzy reliability analysis;(3)the range of testing pressure coefficient is equal to or no less than 1.08 and no grater than 1.25 during pressure test.
