摘　　要：运用GB151—1999《管壳式换热器》中管板布管区面积相等的原则,将开大孔的环形管板转化为普通圆形管板进行近似计算,通过对开大孔的环形管板进行定性分析和定量计算以及应力校核,验证了开大孔的环形管板设计的可靠性、合理性与安全性。By using the philosophy of equivalent tube sheet arrangement area specified in GB151-1999 about 'Tube shell heat exchanger',makes approximate calculation for wide bore annular tube sheet being translated into general annular tube sheet.The reliability,reasonability and safety of wide bore annular tube sheet were verified through qualitative analysis,quantification calculation and stress checking.
