摘 要:利用真空烧结工艺制备了纳米复合Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷刀片。进行铸铁的单因素切削试验,并利用SEM、EPMA对金属陶瓷刀具的磨损失效机理进行了详细的研究。结果表明:纳米复合Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷刀片只适宜小切削用量下铸铁的切削加工,切削铸铁时主要以磨损的形式失效,其主要的磨损失效机理是冲击磨损和崩碎切屑的研磨。Nano composite Ti (C, N)-based ceramic tools were prepared by vacuum sintering and tested in cutting cast iron at various combinations of cutting speed (Vc), feed rate (t), and depth of cut (ap). The wear mechanism was investigated in detail using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electron-probe microanalysis (EPMA). It was found that, the newly fabricated nano composite Ti(C, N) -based ceramic insert was suitable to cast iron at a combination of low cutting speed, feed rate, and depth of cut. For nano composite Ti (C, N)-based ceramic tools, the wear mechanism was predominantly controlled by the flank wear under all cutting condition, and impact wear and fragmental chips lapping were the main source of tools failure.
