城市土地持续利用评价指标体系与方法——以重庆市为例

摘　　要：从城市土地持续利用概念出发,对城市土地利用系统进行定量的科学评价。主要从土地生产性、生产稳定性、资源环境保护性、经济可行性和社会可接受性五个方面建立了城市土地持续利用评价指标体系,并利用数学方法对其进行了初步研究。以重庆市为例,对该市从2000年到2004年土地持续利用情况进行了纵向综合分析评价。结果表明,重庆市土地持续利用水平在加速提高。针对评价结果,文章对重庆市城市土地持续利用中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了促进城市土地持续利用的几项措施。The paper uses the conception of city land sustainable use and makes a quantitative evaluation on city land use system. The evaluation tarket system is builded up. It touches five sides such as the land production capacity, the production stability, resources and environment protection, economic feasibility and social acceptance. Takes Chongqing as an example, the paper makes a comprehensive analysis and evaluation on the state of land sustainable use from 2000 to 2004 in it. The result shows that the level of land sustainable use in Chongqing is increasing step by step. Then in the light of the evaluation result, the paper analyzes the problems existed in its land sustainable use and puts forward some countermeasures for promoting land sustainable use in the cities.
