摘 要:负压脉冲射流是以负压脉动为特征的非连续射流,通过在钻头上部使用负压脉冲射流调制器,使井底压力产生负压脉动,能够瞬间减小井底岩石上的压持效应,降低岩石的抗破碎强度,从而达到提高机械钻速的目的。利用中围压模拟钻进试验系统进行了负压脉冲射流辅助钻进效果试验。通过在天然砂岩岩心中钻进,考察了负压脉动值、围压对负压脉冲射流辅助钻井钻速的影响。试验结果表明,随着脉动负压值的增加,负压脉冲射流辅助破岩钻进速度线性增大;围压对负压脉冲射流辅助钻井钻速的影响较常规钻井小;与常规钻井相比,室内模拟钻井试验条件下负压脉冲射流辅助钻井可以使钻速提高0.7-3.0倍。The negative pulse jet, a discontinuous jet, is characterized by its negative pressure pulses. Through the negative pulse jet adjuster, the negative pressure pulse created in the bottomhole can reduce bottomhole rock hold-down effect and breaking strength instantaneously, thereafter the rate of penetration is increased. Using confining pressures simulation drilling system, the experiments of the negative pressure pulse jetting assisted drilling were tested. Through the experiments on the natural sandstone, the impacts of negative pressure amplitude and ambient pressure on the rate of penetration in negative pulse jet assisted drilling were investigated. The results indicate that rate of penetration in the negative pulse jet as sisted drilling increased linearly with the increase of the pulse negative pressure. Ambient pressure has smaller impact in the negative pulse jet assisted drilling compared to conventional drilling. The rate of penetration of the negative pulse jet assisted drilling can increase from 0.7 to 3.0 in in-house simulation drilling compared to conventional drilling.
