摘 要:在海洋深水领域钻井中,水基钻井液遭受气侵时,气体和钻井液中的自由水会在一定温度、压力条件下形成水合物,妨碍油井的压力监控。为防止水合物的形成,需加入水合物抑制剂。以中国海洋石油油田技术服务公司广泛使用的水基钻井液为基浆,在室内评价了水合物抑制剂HBH的抑制性、与兼有水合物抑制性和润滑性能的PEG600的配伍性和对水基钻井液流变性的影响,优选出了适用于深水钻井的具有水合物抑制性的水基钻井液配方。评价结果表明,HBH具有良好的抑制性且在加量小于0.5%时对水基钻井液的流变性和滤失量影响不大。初步分析了水合物的形成机理及水合物抑制剂的作用机理,认为水合物是通过气体分子的溶解、扩散形成“笼”形骨架,最后进行选择性吸附而形成,而HBH则是通过高分子的吸附,利用其分子链段上的特殊五圆环镶嵌到水合物的“笼”形结构中,阻止气体分子进入从而抑制水合物的形成。When water-based mud is invaded by gas during drilling in deepwater, gas and free water in drilling fluids will form hydrate under certain temperature and pressure condition which hinders the wellbore pressure monitor. The hydrate inhibitor was added to prevent the creation of hydrate. Based on the water-based mud commonly used in CNOOC, the inhibiting property of hydrate inhibitor HBH and the compatibility of PEG600 with the properties of hydrate inhibiting and lubricant on the impacts of the waterbased mud rheology have been evaluated experimentally. The water-based mud with the property of hydrate inhibiting, which is suitable for deepwater drilling, is identified. Evaluating results indicate that HBH has a good inhibiting property and has small impact on the mud rheology and filtration loss when added percentage of HBH is less than 0.5%. Mechanism of hydrate formation and the hydrate inhibitor were analyzed. When the gas molecular dissolved into the water and formed the cage in structure, after preferential adsorption the hydrate was formed. While HBH prevents gas molecular entering the cage thereafter hinders the creation of hydrate through the polymer adsorption and embedded in the cage using its special five ring structure.
