摘  要:为使直井抽油杆扶正器分布更加合理,首先进行了抽油杆柱受力分析,在抽油杆柱受力分析时综合考虑了直井抽油杆柱与液体之间的摩擦力、井液对抽油杆柱的浮力和油管内液柱作用在柱塞上下面的液体压力差,接着在抽油杆柱受力分析的基础上运用能量法推导出了相邻扶正器间距的计算公式,并利用Matlab和VB语言编制了计算软件,最后进行了实例计算分析。计算分析结果表明:抽油杆柱与液体之间的摩擦力和井液对抽油杆柱浮力这两者对扶正器的间距布置影响不大,实际应用中为简化计算可以忽略不计;但油管内液柱作用在柱塞上下面的液体压力差,对扶正器间距影响远远大于前两者,必须加以考虑。In order to make the distribution of stabilizers more reasonable in sucker-rod strings m vertical wells, the forces in sucker-rod string were analyzed considering the friction force between the suckerrod string and the fluid, the buoyancy of well fluid and pressure difference between two sides of the piston. After that, based on the force analysis, the equation for computing the interval between stabilizers were derived; the software were programmed using Matlab and VB and real cases were calculated and analyzed. Calculation results indicate that friction force and buoyancy impacts the interval of stabilizers slightly and can be ignored for simplicity. While the impact of pressure difference between the two sides of the piston is much higher than those of friction force and buoyancy and should be considered.
