摘　　要：刑罚的流变可以概括为报复刑时代、刑罚威吓时代、社会防卫时代。它对我国当前刑事控制模式的选择具有重要的借鉴意义。历史上的刑事控制模式有两种:刑罚威吓模式和社会防卫模式。我国刑事控制模式应分为近期模式和长远模式。近期(社会转型期)模式应采用刑罚威吓模式和社会防卫并重模式。长远(社会转型完成之后)模式应实行社会防卫为主,刑罚威吓为辅的模式。The Evolvement of Penalty included the retaliative Punishment age, Punishment of thunder age and social defense age. About criminal of control model, inhistory, there are Punishment of thunder model and social defense model, in this paper, two kinds of model of were analysised.The eriminal of control mondel is the eombinntion model of punishment and social defense model in china. Atthe moment Praeiee punishment of thunder model and social defense model. Then practice sowal prevention mainly and to punish swbsidiawly.
