摘  要:目的探讨大黄对多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)大鼠中性粒细胞(PMN)凋亡的调节作用及意义。方法纯种SD大鼠随机分成对照组、模型组及治疗组,模型组及治疗组分别于造模后2、6、12h处死动物行支气管肺泡灌洗,分离PMN检测细胞凋亡和TNF-α含量,并与对照组进行比较。结果与对照组相比,模型组及治疗组PMN凋亡下降,TNF-α含量升高;与相同时点模型组相比,治疗组PMN凋亡升高,TNF-α含量下降。结论MODS大鼠肺泡灌洗液PMN凋亡延迟。大黄能抑制MODS大鼠TNF-α释放,并对PMN凋亡延迟有改善作用。Objective: To observe the adjustive effect and significance of rhubarb on the apoptosis of neutrophils in rats with multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS). Methods: SD rats were divided into 3 groups: the normal control, the model, and the treatment, group. Rats in the model group and in the treatment group were killed by exsanguinating from heards after the models had been made for 2, 6 and 12 hours. The bronchus and alveolus of the killed rats were lavaged and neutrophils were separated. The apoptosis and content of TNF - α of the neutrophil were examined to compare with each αher and the normal control group. Results: In the model group and the treatment group, the apoptosis level of neutrophil gα lower, and content of TNF - α gα higher than those in the normal controls. But the apoptosis level of neutrophil become higher, and the content of TNF- a got lower in the treatment gorup than those in the model group at the same time. Conclusion: Apoptosis level of neutrophil, which was from the alveolus of rats with MODS, was delayed. Rhubarb can restrain rats with MODS from releasing TNF - α and lead to the inhibition of neutrophil apoptosis.
